Following on the changes to the Parliamentary Boundaries which is due to finalised later this year the County Council is now reducing the number of County Council Divisions.    Draft proposals are with the Management Committee and these will be referred to the Executive in September.

The Management has received more applications than seats available and it will be necessary to make selections.   All applicants (inlcuding sitting county councillors) are required to let the Association know which seats they would be interested in being selected for.  These applications to be received by CENCA by the end of August.   Those applicants not indicating their preferred seat will be rejected from the candidates' list.   Letters of notification (including details of the new proposed boundaries) were sent on 6th August 2012..
